Email info@jakemakes.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund it, your choice. You do not need to ship the defective item back unless we ask.
Because most items are printed or made to order, and many are personalized, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selected, or a change of mind. Check size charts and personalization text carefully before ordering. If we made a mistake, we fix it at no cost to you.
Need to cancel or fix a typo? Email us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will cancel and refund in full.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
