When you place an order we collect what is needed to fulfill it: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (optional), and the items and personalization you ordered. Payment details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store card or bank numbers.
To produce and ship your order, send order status emails, respond to support requests, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Only the services required to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our print and shipping partners (name and address, so your order arrives), and our email provider (order notifications). Each receives only what it needs.
